We are here to help you before, during, and after your car rental in Albania. Below you will find answers to common questions and the best way to reach our team.
Before your trip
Make sure your booking confirmation shows the correct pickup location, dates, and times. Check driver requirements with your supplier — typically a valid driving licence, ID or passport, and a payment card in the main driver's name.
If you need to change dates or vehicle category, contact us as early as possible. Availability depends on the supplier and season.
- Bring your booking reference to pickup
- Confirm whether pickup is at the airport, hotel, or city office
- Review fuel, mileage, and deposit policies in your confirmation
During your rental
If you experience a breakdown, accident, or urgent issue on the road, follow the emergency instructions in your rental agreement and contact your supplier immediately. For platform-related questions, our team can help coordinate with the supplier.
- Keep the supplier's contact number saved on your phone
- Take photos of the vehicle at pickup and return
- Report damage or mechanical issues without delay
Payments, deposits & refunds
Payment terms vary by supplier and booking type. Some bookings are paid online in full; others may require a deposit or payment at pickup. Security deposits are handled by the supplier according to their policy.
Refund and cancellation rules are shown during checkout and in your confirmation email. Processing times for card refunds depend on your bank.
Track your booking
Use the Track Booking option in the website menu and enter your booking reference to view status updates. If you cannot find your confirmation, contact us with the name and email used at checkout.
